How I handle
your information

This page explains what happens to the details you send through the form on this site.

What the inquiry form collects

Only what you type into the form. Your name, email address and a short description are required. Everything else is optional: business name, kind of business, location, website link, tools you use, what feels hardest, and anything you add.

Please don’t send passwords, payment details, or private customer or company documents.

Why I collect inquiry details

To read your message and reply to you about your inquiry. I don’t use it for anything else.

No marketing list

Sending the form does not sign you up for a newsletter or any marketing list.

Where your inquiry details go

• Notion holds a record of your inquiry in my private contact list.
• Resend is the email service that sends me a notification with the same details.
• Vercel hosts this website and runs the form, so your submission passes through it.

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. I don’t sell your information.

How long I keep an inquiry

If we don’t end up working together, I delete your information 12 months after our last meaningful contact, such as my last reply or your last message. This covers the record in my contact list and the notification email in my own mailbox.

If you become a client, or I have to keep certain records because the law requires it, different rules apply to those records. Resend says it keeps email and log data for 30 days.

How to see, correct, or delete your information

You can ask me what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email maxim.sasu00@gmail.com.

What happens when you visit this site

This site does not currently run analytics or advertising.
